It has always been Aucamp Scholtz Lubbe’s conviction that our services and the way we set about rendering these services must stay in step with the requirements of our clients.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that we receive feedback from our clients about their experience and expectations of our service. You are urged to use the opportunity provided every time you receive our invoice, to evaluate the service you received. Also, do not hesitate to let us know at any other time what satisfies or dissatisfies you or to make suggestions about what should be done in your opinion to improve our service.
We are grateful to our clients for regular and honest feedback about our service and their service experience. This is valuable to us and always something that can be attended to or built on. Therefore we intend, early in 2014, to do an extensive client survey in order to obtain, in a more comprehensive and structured manner, input from your side.

This will enable us to refine and adjust our service in a more systematic manner where it appears to be necessary and meaningful so that we can ensure the highest possible level of client satisfaction and peace of mind.

We look forward to your hearty cooperation in this survey and will provide more information at a later stage.
