At ASL we embrace a culture of learning and a willingness to share knowledge, which is why we recognise the importance of a structured induction programme for all our new employees. Our new SAICA and SAIPA trainees started their journey at ASL with a two-week induction programme.
Although our trainees spend many hours in training, we also believe in creating an environment where we can have fun and build relationships. Therefore, on the evening of 9th February, we invited our employees to enjoy a relaxed dinner at Croydon Olive Estate.
The evening started off with a wine tasting hosted by Lord’s Wines, followed by good conversation and a spit braai. It was the perfect opportunity to get to know our new trainees and to welcome them into the “ASL family”. We trust that everyone at ASL enjoyed the evening and that we started the year off on a high note.
