Boodskap van die direksie: Hou ons op hoogte!

ASL is onwrikbaar verbind tot die lewering van diens van die hoogste gehalte en daarom is terugvoer van ons kliënte oor hul ervaring van ons diens vir ons van die uiterste belang. Deur kennis te neem van kliënte se opinie oor wat ons doen (of nie doen nie) en hoe ons dit doen is ons in staat om te skaaf en die aanpassings te maak wat nodig is om ons verbintenis tot uitnemende diens gestand te doen.

Teen hierdie agtergrond het ons onlangs ‘n onafhanklike studie onderneem om kliënte se mening te kry oor ‘n paar sleutelkwessies en om meer insig te verkry in hul ervaring van ons firma en sy dienslewering. Ons is baie dankbaar vir die insette wat ontvang is en wil graag nog meer van u verneem oor wat ons kan doen om ons diensaanbod te verbeter en te verfyn.

Hiermee dus ‘n vriendelike verdere uitnodiging aan elkeen van ons kliënte om openhartig u mening te lug oor daardie dinge in ons diens wat vir u belangrik is en oor hoe u kontak met ASL en ons personeel ervaar word. Voorsien ons deurlopend van terugvoer en help ons só om net die beste vir u te doen en die goeie verhoudings wat ons in die bedryf van ons besigheid nastreef, uit te bou. Ons sien uit daarna om van u te hoor.

ASL is unwaveringly committed to providing service of the highest quality. Therefore, feedback from our clients on their experience of our service is of the utmost importance to us.
By taking cognisance of clients’ opinions of what we do (or do not do), and how we do it, we are able to fine-tune and make such adjustments as are necessary to live up to our commitment.
